AUTOMATIC UNLOADING MULTISTAGE DRYING APPARATUS

An automatic unloading multistage drying apparatus in a food waste treatment process. The drying apparatus comprises a pre-drying apparatus (1) and a main drying apparatus. The pre-drying apparatus (1) is arranged above the main drying apparatus. A pre-drying apparatus housing is provided with two sides. A housing sandwiched cavity (5) of the pre-drying apparatus is formed between the two sides. An automatic material flipping plate (2) is arranged within the pre-drying apparatus. The middle of the main drying apparatus is a flatbed cylindrical body (10) capable of rotating 360 degrees in the clockwise/counterclockwise directions. Fixed sealing caps (9) respectively are arranged at the front and rear ends of the main drying apparatus. One or more secondary cylindrical bodies fixedly arranged together with the flatbed cylindrical body (10) are arranged within the flatbed cylindrical body (10). Material-guiding spiral belts (12) are arranged within the flatbed cylindrical body and within the secondary cylindrical bodies. A gaseous or liquid fuel combustion chamber (7) and a burner (8) are arranged on the main drying apparatus. Heat generated by the burner (8) is introduced into the interior of the main drying apparatus. An exhaust gas of the main drying apparatus is inputted into the housing sandwiched cavity (5) via a hot air exhaust outlet (15). A material output opening of the pre-drying apparatus (1) is arranged in correspondence to the innermost secondary cylindrical body of the main drying apparatus.
