The method involves identifying a communication device (302), and transmitting information that represents a connection request to another communication device (303). The former communication device is interacted (304, 305) with the latter communication device to allow a user to display the connection request information and to make a decision regarding acceptance or rejection of connection of the former communication device to a secure wireless network. The connection of the former communication device to the wireless network is accepted (307) or rejected (308) according to the decision.
