The provision of an architecture that can contribute to reducing the amount of time taken by a route-change process when migrating a virtual machine from one cloud system to another. This cloud-environment provision system includes the following: a resource-managing means that manages resources located in a first cloud system, resources located in a second cloud system, and resources located between the first and second cloud systems; a migration-controlling means that migrates a user's virtual machine running on a machine that is part of the first cloud system to a machine that is part of the second cloud system; and a route-controlling means that, after the migration, controls communication nodes managed by the aforementioned resource-managing means, changing routes starting or ending at the virtual machine that had been running on the first cloud system to routes that start/end at the virtual machine running on the second cloud system. |
