<p>The present invention provides a fire extinguishing apparatus for extinguishing a flame generated in a switchboard or an electric panel of various equipment, which is characterized by including: a fire extinguisher attached to the outside of the switchboard or electric panel for containing extinguishing chemicals; a pressure gauge for displaying the pressure of the extinguishing chemicals in the fire extinguisher; an extinguishing chemical guide tube communicating with the pressure gauge and the fire extinguisher and extended into the panel for guiding the extinguishing chemicals; a connection tube for connecting the extinguishing chemical guide tube and the fire extinguisher; a pressure sensor for sensing a pressure change in the fire extinguisher at one side of the connection tube; a charging part for selectively filling the fire extinguisher with the extinguishing chemicals; and a shutoff valve for selectively shutting off the supply of the extinguishing chemicals between the fire extinguisher and the extinguishing chemical guide tube.</p> |
