The present invention relates to an advertisement management method and an advertisement management apparatus for exposing an advertisement in a space which is independent and discriminative from a content exposure area. The advertisement management method by an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps in which the advertisement management apparatus maintains a database in which specific content and a specific advertisement are stored; the advertisement management apparatus exposes a first screen which includes the specific content and a scroll bar for confirming the specific content; and the advertisement management apparatus exposes a second screen which includes the specific advertisement when a footer of the first screen is exposed by the movement of the scroll bar. |
