A shoe insole comprises: a flexible body; first to n-th pressure sensors which are distributed to different positions of the flexible body and output first to n-th sensing data when pressure is applied to the flexible body by a wearer; and a controller which extracts information on a position to which pressure is applied and time information from the first to n-th sensing data to output the same in order to determine a gait of the user.
