#CMT# #/CMT# The device i.e. winding stem (1) has a rocker (4), a sliding sleeve (3) carried by the rocker, and two superimposed references (5, 6). The rocker is movable to occupy a position in which the sliding sleeve does not mesh with the references, and another position in which the sliding sleeve meshes with each of the references, where the references are offset relative to each other, and the references have different diameters.
