Multilayer electrode and the application thereof

A multilayer electrode has a substrate and layer including separated particles and carbon nanoparticles. The separated particles contain toluene diisocyanate, compound synthesized from tetramethoxysilane and N,N-dimethyl-N-tetradecyl-N-3-(trimethoxysilyl)ammonium chloride, and/or compound synthesized from tetramethoxysilane and N,N,N-trimethyl-N,N-3-(trimethoxysilyl)ammonium chloride.
