<p>An objective of the present invention is to provide a device whereby an evaluation of assembly workability is calculated without an evaluator positioning and manipulating a humanoid model. An assembly workability evaluation calculation device is configured to comprise: an information acquisition means which extracts, from a 3-D CAD model, information about a plurality of components, said information including component attributes, component positions, and adjacency relationships with other components; a means for detecting, from the 3-D CAD model information, classification and characteristic shape by component type; a means for presenting an assembly graph from inter-component adjacency relationship information; a means for generating, on the basis of the assembly graph, a disassembly direction and sequence, and carrying out an inverse transformation thereof, deriving an assembly sequence and direction; a means for multiplying a base deduction for each component attachment operation by a correction coefficient and computing a component deduction, and subtracting the sum of the component deductions for each component from a reference and computing an index which represents the ease of attachment of the component; a means for generating, according to the assembly sequence, a plurality of virtual workers' locations, attitudes, and viewpoints, and evaluating workability thereby; and an overall evaluation means for computing an overall evaluation value of the evaluation value of the component ease of attachment index and the assembly workability, and outputting the result thereof.</p> |
