<p>A high-concentration hydrogen gas supply device for living organisms, comprising: a hydrogen generating agent (1); a hydrogen gas generator (3) having the hydrogen generating agent; and at least either a dilution gas supply unit (7), for diluting hydrogen gas generated by a reaction between the hydrogen generating agent and reaction water (2), or a vacuum pump (8). The hydrogen gas generator is characterized by having part or all of the gas-phase section (4) thereof being covered in a hydrogen gas-transmitting film (5). A mixed gas having a hydrogen gas concentration of 0.1-18.3 vol%, in a ventilation amount of at least 1 mL/min, is supplied to a living organism, by the gas for dilution supplied from the dilution gas supply unit or the vacuum pump being mixed with hydrogen gas. Even if the supply of gas for dilution is stopped, the hydrogen gas concentration at a position separated by 7 cm from the hydrogen generating agent or the water surface of the reaction water, at the time of hydrogen generation, is maintained at less than 18.3 vol%.</p> |
