The present invention relates to an eel bone-processed byproduct extract having anti-oxidative activity, which is extracted by low temperature vacuum and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to an eel bone-processed byproduct extract having anti-oxidative activity, which is extracted by low temperature vacuum, wherein the head, liver, intestines, gall bladder, and skin of the eel except edible portion are well washed and selected, eel bone and processed byproducts are pulverized under low temperature vacuum, and an extract using pulverized powder has anti-oxidative activity, thereby preventing aging, providing immunostimulating activity, and being used as health supplementary food. |
