The present invention relates to a non-synchro type hub for a hybrid drive unit. For this, the present invention comprises: a hybrid drive hub; splines which are formed on the outer periphery of the hub in an axial direction; and a shock absorbing unit which is coupled to a space unit between the splines. The shock absorbing unit comprises: a slide groove which is formed on the outer periphery of the hub and; a variable spline which is coupled to slide in the slide groove; and an elastic member interposed between the variable splines and the slide groove. Therefore, the present invention reduces impact due to difference in rotational speeds during shifting and facilitates shifting by preventing among shifting resistance. |
