The present invention relates to a lunchbox and a method for providing lunch information of a lunchbox. More specifically, the lunch box comprises: a sensor unit to generate weight information of a lunch case; an opening/closing unit to open/close the lunch case by contact of a smart key and by input of a password and generate opening/closing information; a communication unit to send/receive information to/from a deliverer terminal or a recipient terminal; and a control unit to generate lunch information in correspondence to the opening/closing information and the weight information and send the lunch information to either the deliverer terminal or the recipient terminal through the communication unit. Furthermore, disclosed is the method for providing lunch information through the contact of the smart key, the input of the password and the weight information. The lunchbox and the method of the present invention can generate the corresponding lunch information with only the operations of putting/collecting a new lunchbox or an empty lunchbox regardless of weights of lunch and provide the deliverer terminal or the recipient terminal with the lunch information. |
