PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter capable of pulling out a power cable without need of complicated work and without spoiling the beauty of a room and an air conditioner using this adapter.SOLUTION: A cable pulling portion of an adapter 20 is provided so that an upper portion of a penetration portion 28 communicates with an upper surface portion 23, and a portion of the upper surface portion 23 corresponding to the penetration portion 28 is a thin portion that can be easily cut by being made thinner than other portions of the upper surface portion 23. When the adapter 20 is attached to an indoor unit 1 and a power cable 40 is pulled out to upward of the indoor unit 1, the adapter 20 is attached to the indoor unit 1 after cutting the thin portion and accommodating the power cable 40 in the cable pulling portion. |
