APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANAGING BUSINESS NAME CARD AND COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM WITH PROGRAM THEREFOR

The objective of the present invention is to provide a device and a method for managing a corporation business card. The device and the method are capable of: conveniently and efficiently applying for and ordering a business card by combining a database in a corporation with a web business card editor; and simply and easily producing the business card by using an automatic conversion device to convert to a CMYK file. The device for managing a corporation business card comprises: an interface unit to provide a connected user with a user interface or to input/output business card order related data; a business card order management unit to check user′s options inputted by the interface unit, search, detect and provide information stored in a storage unit, and manage an order, a production and an edition of a business card; a business card solution unit to generate the user interface, provide a production tool for producing the business card and an edition tool for editing the business card, and generate a business card draft in which a text and an image are combined based on the inputted business card information; an image format conversion unit to convert the business card draft generated by the business card solution unit in a CMYK image format or in a validation of a print shop, and generate a vector image business card converted for printing; and an order processing unit to order the business card to the print shop by transmitting the vector image business card which is converted in the CMYK image format by the image format conversion unit when a corporation client inputs an approval of the business card order and a final instruction on the order.
