The present invention relates to a water collection device for collecting water in a cement mortar layer of a bathroom which discharges the water by leading the water to a drain trap or a drainpipe while preventing the water absorbed in a space between tiles from being spread to other regions by using a collection bar. Multiple collection bars with ∩-shaped cross sections or ∪-shaped cross sections are formed in the cement mortar layer and arranged in a fan form or a radial form.
