The purpose of the present invention is to provide a watertight expansion joint with a compressed fixture to improve watertightness and to prevent a bridge support below a slab of a bridge from being corroded and a construction method for the same. To achieve this, the watertight expansion joint with a compressed fixture according to the present invention comprises a compressed fixture, an elastic sealer, a steel cover plate, a set anchor bolt, and a rubber pad. Also, to achieve this, the construction method for the watertight expansion joint with a compressed fixture according to the present invention comprises a step of installing a form on the side of a girder (S I); a step of arranging re-bars in the girder (S II); a step of assembling the compressed fixture, a form fixture, and a bolt to each other (S III); a step of fixing the compressed fixture to the form (S IV); a step of forming a slab by pouring concrete to the form and curing the concrete (S V); a step of detaching the form (S VI); a step of pressing and installing the elastic sealer into a space between the compressed fixtures (S VII); a step of paving the top of the slab with the rubber pad (S VIII); and a step of fixing the steel cover plate to the rubber pad using the set anchor bolt (S IX). |
