PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function for reducing a user's workload when making a reservation.SOLUTION: A reservation support device communicable with a terminal device to be used by a user analyses contents of an input in the terminal device. Predetermined contents are responded in accordance with the analysis result. It is determined whether information required for a reservation about a predetermined activity is satisfied, and in the case of determining that the information required for the reservation is not satisfied, contents to urge an input of the required information are responded. In the case of determining that the information required for the reservation is satisfied, the information required for the reservation is registered. In the case that a terminal device of one user is included in the destination of a message received from another user terminal, temporarily registered information is extracted, and predetermined contents are responded in accordance with the temporarily registered information so that both of the one user and another user can browse the predetermined contents. |
