<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid handling apparatus in which even a liquid is introduced, air bubbles hardly reside in a channel, and which can be easily produced.SOLUTION: A liquid handling apparatus 100 includes: a basal plate 140 that has a groove 143 that becomes a channel 130 in which a liquid is movable by capillarity; and a film 150 that is jointed to the basal plate 140 to cover an apertural area of the groove 143. The channel 130 includes: a main channel 131; and a guide channel 135, and the groove 143 includes: a major groove 144 that becomes the main channel 131 by that the basal plate 140 is jointed with the film 150; and a guide groove 145 that becomes the guide channel 135 by that the basal plate 140 is jointed with the film 150, that opens to a flank of the major groove 144, and has a narrower width than that of the major groove 144. The guide groove 145 is arranged to a region of the film 150 side of a flank of the major groove 144, and is shallower than the major groove 144.</p> |
