PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting a swing angle of a hoisted load of a crane accurately in real time with a simple mechanism.SOLUTION: A tip of a jib 1 of a crane comprises a presser roller mechanism 21, which turnably supports a detection rod 17 around a derrick shaft 13 in parallel with a center axis of derricking of the crane and turnably around a turning shaft 14 orthogonal to the derrick shaft 13 and which movably holds a hoist wire rope 2 in a lower end of the detection rod 17 to track swing. Angle detecting means is provided to detect a rotation angle of the derrick shaft 13 of the detection rod 17 and a rotation angle of the turning shaft 14 due to the swing of the hoist wire rope 2, and computing means is provided to compute a swing angle of a hoisted load on the basis of the detection angle of the angle detecting means.
