<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral solid preparation that contains bromhexine hydrochloride as an active ingredient, and suppresses its content from decreasing over time, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A bromhexine hydrochloride-containing oral solid preparation is obtained by the following process in which a mixed powder containing 5 pts.mass or more of stearic acid with respect to 1 pts.mass of bromhexine hydrochloride is melted and granulated at a temperature of a melting point of stearic acid or higher, and then cooled and solidified.</p> |
