The present invention provides a swash plate for a swash type compressor used in an automotive air conditioner. The swash plate includes cylinder blocks with multiple cylinder bores on the circumference of a driving shaft integrated with the disc-shaped swash plate. A piston is arranged on each cylinder bore to slide against the cylinder bore, and the piston moves in an alternating motion by the swash plate meshed by using a semi-spherical shoe to for refrigerant gas suction and compression stroke. The swash plate forms a toroidal shape and includes an interior iron material with multiple through holes an exterior aluminum material integrated to the circumference the interior material in the casting process, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost and the weight of the product while increasing the workability. |
