The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an end-reinforced hollow pile which is manufactured by adding a circular band-type reinforcing plate to the end of a hollow pile, and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of an end-reinforced hollow pile, which is to manufacture the end-reinforced hollow pile by forming a reinforcing plate while the loss of a material sheet is reduced. The manufacturing method of the end-reinforced hollow pile according to the present invention comprises: cutting the material sheet into multiple circular band plates with predetermined angles; and manufacturing the end-reinforced hollow pile by forming the circular band-type reinforcing plate by joining the circular band plates. The manufacturing method of the end-reinforced hollow pile according to the present invention comprises: cutting the material sheet into multiple rectangular band plates with predetermined lengths; forming the circular band plates by respectively bending the rectangular band plates into the circular band plates; and manufacturing the end-reinforced hollow pile by forming the circular band-type reinforcing plate by joining the circular band plates. |
