<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device which maximizes heat radiation effect, increases the luminescence amount, and improves the luminous efficiency.SOLUTION: Conductors 21, 22, which are formed by a metal plate material or an alloy plate material derived from a lead frame, are electrically insulated from each other and integrated by a support medium 23. Both end surfaces of the conductors 21, 22 appear on both surfaces of the support medium 23 when viewed in a thickness direction. A light emitting diode LED is mounted on a substrate 2, and electrode surfaces of a P side electrode 5 and an N side electrode 7 are respectively joined to one end surfaces of the conductors 21, 22.</p> |
