PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antioxidant composition which is stable even in oils and fats and exhibits an excellent antioxidative effect.SOLUTION: There is provided an antioxidant composition which comprises: at least one active ingredient of a siderophore and an iron complex thereof; and a surfactant. The surfactant is a polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate, the siderophore is deferriferrichrysin, the blending ratio between the active ingredient and the polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate is set to 0.015:1 to 0.12:1 and a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester is used as a 25 to 50 wt.% aqueous solution. |
