PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient device for microfluid, the device processing polynucleotide-containing samples.SOLUTION: A device for microfluid includes: a plurality of PCR chambers; a plurality of inlets (202 and the like) and a plurality of outlets (236 and the like), through which the microfluid can move among these PCR chambers; and a plurality of valves (206 and the like) for the microfluid, the valves shutting off the inlets, outlets, and the PCR chambers. The shutoff by these valves can prevent the fluid from moving from/to these PCR chambers. The plurality of PCR chambers, the plurality of inlets, the plurality of outlets, and the plurality of valves are configured on one substrate. |
