PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a conventional wiring device, when terminals are assembled, resin chips coming from a pair of pressure-insertion protrusions are sandwiched between the terminals and the bottom face of a pressure-insertion groove, as a result, the terminals are not pressure-inserted until they reach the bottom face of the pressure-insertion groove being a terminal positioning part, and thus, the terminals are displaced in position from regular places with respect to a wiring holding body, and assembled.SOLUTION: When assembling pressure-insertion parts 12 of first and second terminals 1 composed of metal wire rods into a clearance between pressure-insertion protrusions 27 of a wiring holding body 5 made of a synthetic resin by pressure-insertion fitting, the resin chips chipped by the pressure-insertion parts 12 are prevented from being sandwiched between wiring conductors 11 of the first and second terminals 1 and a locking part 25 being the terminal positioning part by providing a bottomed escape groove 29 that makes the resin chips escape from a clearance between the wiring conductors 11 and the locking part 25. Thus, the positional displacement of the first and second terminals 1 with respect to the wiring holding body 5 is prevented. |
