PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for correcting shaking of an image photographic device, which can correct the shaking while it is possible to realize miniaturization and thin-shaping of the image photographic device.SOLUTION: An apparatus for correcting shaking of an image photographic device comprises: a shake sensing unit for sensing the shaking of a device for photographing an image of a subject; a first optical path changing unit for changing an optical path of light incident to the device for photographing the image; an angle-adjusting unit for adjusting an angle of a surface, where the light is incident at the first optical path changing unit due to the sensed shake; and an image generating unit for generating the image of the subject according to the light, where the optical path is changed by the first optical path changing unit.
