PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage type multipurpose seat which can absorb various dispersions such as a weight of the seat body by facilitating an adjustment of a relative relationship of characteristics of the falling moment and the rising moment applied to a seat body and enables appropriate and easy setting of respective characteristics of the falling moment and the rising moment.SOLUTION: A storage type multipurpose seat 1 includes a torsion bar 46 which biases a seat body 11 in a direction to make the seat body stand so as to keep a storage position of the seat body 11 and a balance spring mechanism 51 which biases the seat body 11 in the direction to make the seat body stand so as to suppress a tilting speed from the storage position to a use position of the seat body 11 and has a non-linear characteristic to reduce the biasing force at the use position of the seat body 11. The storage type multipurpose seat 1 has a weight 57 detachably and selectively attached to a second side part of the seat body 11.
