PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent information included in an authentication print job from leaking to a third party when data of an authentication print job is printed out.SOLUTION: Data of an authentication print job is printed out when authentication based upon authentication information that a user inputs is successful, and the input authentication information is held for a predetermined time. When a new print job accepted within the predetermined time is an authentication print job, data thereof is printed when authentication based upon the held authentication is successful, but the authentication ends in failure, the authentication print job is stored without printing-out (Step S30), and the held authentication information is discarded (step S32). When the print job is not an authentication print job, data of the print job is printed out (step S34) and the held authentication information is discarded (step S35). |
