PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel diaphorase and a manufacturing method thereof as well as use thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is diaphorase comprising polypeptides of any one of following (a) to (c). (a) polypeptides comprising a particular amino acid sequence, (b) polypeptides comprising an amino acid sequence obtained by substitution, deletion, insertion, addition and/or inversion of one or several amino acid residues in the amino acid sequence and having diaphorase activity, and (c) polypeptides comprising an amino acid sequence having 80% or greater identity with the amino acid sequence and having diaphorase activity. |
