PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism, in performing saddle-stitching processing with a post-processing device that switches back sheets to perform saddle-stitching processing, capable of outputting saddle-stitched book binding products bound in correct order.SOLUTION: A printer causes a post-processing device to switch back sheets ejected from a printer, accumulate the sheets on an accumulation tray for performing saddle-stitched book binding, and perform saddle-stitched book binding processing to the plurality of accumulated sheets; and includes control means for determining the order of image formation so that images are printed on the plurality of sheets subjected to the saddle-stitched book binding in correct page order, and printing means for printing the images on the sheets in the order determined by the control means. |
