PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a sample by easily fractionating and transferring membrane vesicles.SOLUTION: There is provided a sample manufacturing device 100 including: a first cylinder body which has a first inner hole penetrating in an axial direction; a first filter 1 which is fixed to the first cylinder body 3 where the first inner hole is closed and has many through holes having a hole diameter smaller than cells and larger than membrane vesicles; a second cylinder body 4 which has a second inner hole penetrating in the axial direction; a second filter 2 which is fixed to one end face of the second cylinder body 4 where the second inner hole is closed and has many through holes having a hole diameter smaller than the membrane vesicles; and a connection part which connects the first cylinder body 3 and second cylinder body 4 to each other detachably in the axial direction such that the first filter 1 is arranged on an outer surface side of the second filter 2 at an interval. |
