PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor comfortableness derivation device, an outdoor usage promotion device, and a program which are high in versatility and capable of deriving comfortableness with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An outdoor use promotion device 20 detects an environmental condition of the outdoors 70 to be a derivation object of comfortableness and a use situation showing a degree of use of the outdoors by a person, stores the environmental condition information showing the detected environmental condition in association with the use condition information showing the use situation, and derives the comfortableness degree of the outdoors 70 on the basis of the stored environmental condition information and use condition information. As a result, the higher the degree of use of the environmental condition shown by the use condition information is, the higher the degree of use is. |
