PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus in which the detergency of an alkaline detergent is raised by high-temperature cleaning water without making the execution time of a cleaning program longer.SOLUTION: A cleaning apparatus 10 is provided with a control device which includes a cleaning program comprising: a main cleaning process for adding a detergent supplied by a detergent feeder 34 to hot cleaning water supplied by hot water supply means 29, and causing a cleaning pump 27 to jet the cleaning water containing the detergent out of cleaning nozzles 24, 25 to an object to be cleaned for cleaning the object; and a hot water disinfection process for causing the cleaning pump 27 to jet extremely hot cleaning water supplied by an extremely hot water feeder 40 out of the cleaning nozzles 24, 25 to the object to be cleaned for disinfection by the extremely hot water. In the cleaning apparatus, extremely hot cleaning water is supplied for the main cleaning process by the extremely hot water feeder 40 and cleaning water containing the extremely hot water is used for cleaning. |
