<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver IC capable of suppressing area increase following increase of the number of input terminals.SOLUTION: The rectangular driver IC 18 that is disposed so that the longitudinal direction is along a display section of a display panel and drives the display section includes: first input terminal groups 204 that are disposed on one short side 18C side and are arranged separately from each other along one long side 18B opposite to the display section 14 side; second input terminal groups 206 that are disposed on one short side 18C side and are arranged separately from each other along the other long side 18A on the display section 14 side; and output terminal groups that are arranged separately from each other along the other long side 18A from a position separated from the second input terminal groups 206 by a predetermined distance to the other short side 18D side and output a signal to the display section 14.</p> |
