摘要 The present invention relates to a regeneration device of waste activated carbon. In the regeneration device of the present invention, activated carbon has various micropores and a large surface area to allow air including organic matters, etc. to pass through an activated carbon layer and to be absorbed in the layer, and the activated carbon layer loses its absorption function when the absorption goes on being in a saturation state, then the activated carbon is replaced with a new one or recycled to be reused. The recycle of waste activated carbon, in most cases, is made by using a method where the waste activated carbon is put in a roaster kiln, in which gas such as steam, etc. without oxygen is filled, heat with a temperature of 600°C or more is added to the waste activated carbon to desorb subject absorbent materials and to pyrolyze organic impurities such as dust, etc. for recycling. But, firstly, the scale of the facilities of the mostly used method is so large to need high invention costs, and a problem of consuming high energy costs remains due to the method being made at high temperatures which requires a large amount of heat; secondly, the treatment of air pollutants, such as organic matters come from desorption, is insufficient; and thirdly, the waste activated carbon broken during the process due to the rotary type of the roaster kiln creates large losses. The regeneration device of waste activated carbon using heating air is invented to be a method for solving these disadvantages, and has main units including: a cleaning unit having installed a water cleaning and drying device for cleaning and removing a waste activated carbon powder as a pretreatment unit; a desorption unit charging the waste activated carbon, putting heating air to multiple desorption heating air nozzles, absorbing and discharging the heating air as a regeneration unit; a heater, as a desorption heating air generation and desorption organic material treating unit; and a catalyst combustion unit having a catalyst mounted thereon.[Guide word] regeneration device of waste activated carbon.
