The present invention relates to a garlic mincer in an improved structure. The garlic mincer includes a compression plate which rotates, is inserted into a garlic mincing jar, and presses garlic to effectively crush garlic. Moreover, the garlic mincing jar comprises an outer jar and an inner jar which can be separated so that minced materials can be easily collected and the garlic mincing jar can be cleaned in an easy manner. Therefore, the garlic mincer can be hygienic. |
