PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a particle that can efficiently produce a particle that has a small particle diameter and in which particle size distribution is narrow.SOLUTION: A production method of a particle includes: a melting process in which a multistage division channel type micro mixer is used, and a compressible fluid and a pressure plasticity material are contacted to make a melting body of the pressure plasticity material in which the compressible fluid is dissolved; and a granulation process in which a melting body of the pressure plasticity material is injected to be granulated. The production method of a particle is that the pressure plasticity material is a resin that has a carbonyl -C(=O)- structure, and the viscosity of the melting body measured by a condition of the temperature and pressure at injection time of a melting body of the pressure plasticity material is at most 500 mPa s.
