The light irradiation part 15 constitutes a beauty action promotion energy output part. The heater 21 and the air fan 22 constitute a heating energy output part. The light irradiation part 15 has a plurality of light-emitting diodes 16. The heating energy output part outputs heating energy ahead of beauty action promotion energy output from the beauty action promotion energy output part. |
