PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing three-dimensionally cultured elastic fiber tissue with a high yield.SOLUTION: A method of producing three-dimensionally cultured elastic fiber tissue comprises: a step 1 of maintaining a carrier showing heat-reversible sol-gel transition, which is a gel state at 25°C or more and is a sol state at 0 to 15°C, in the gel state, and standing a porous substrate, which is composed of collagen and has an average pore diameter of 1 to 30 μm, on the carrier in the gel state; a step 2 of inoculating fibroblasts to the porous substrate at a cell density of 1×10/cmor more; a step 3 of culturing the porous substrate inoculated the fibroblasts obtained by the step 2 in a serum-containing medium, thereby obtaining three-dimensionally cultured elastic fiber tissue; and a step 4 of bringing the carrier into the sol state at 25°C or less, and collecting the obtained three-dimensionally cultured elastic fiber tissue. |
