PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image measurement method capable of accurately and quickly adjusting the position or range of an object to be measured while checking an image for diagnosis, and performing the measurement of a distance, an area and a circumferential length of the object to be measured reliably and in a short time.SOLUTION: Based on a touch operation of a display device 19, measurement points of a start point and an end point for measuring an inner diameter of a carotid artery 32 on a tomographic image 31 are specified, and a cursor 37 showing the measurement points is displayed on the tomographic image 31. A fine adjustment guide 41 is displayed around the cursor 37 on the tomographic image 31, and based on a touch operation around the cursor 37, the cursor 37 on the tomographic image 31 is moved for the fine adjustment of the measurement points. The inner diameter of the carotid artery 32 is measured according to the position of the measurement points shown by the cursor 37. |
