PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activity suggestion device that can suggest, with reduced user operation, an activity corresponding to the feelings of a user.SOLUTION: According to the travel history of a user, the mental load at the time of the user is estimated (S2), and the estimated mental load is used as a criterion for a search for a destination to be suggested, and the destination to be suggested is determined (S3-S4). Then, the destination that corresponds to the mental load of the user can be suggested. The travel history is automatically updated in a sequence by obtaining travel information on the user (S1) and therefore user operation can be reduced. |
