<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-component developer capable of suppressing the occurrence of fogging on a formed image when an image is formed in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, and suppressing peeling-off of a coat layer coating a carrier core, attachment of an external additive detached from toner to the coat layer, and the occurrence of fogging on a formed image when printing is performed with a high printing rate for a long period.SOLUTION: A two-component developer comprises a positively-charged toner containing a binder resin and a charge control agent, and a carrier having a carrier core coated with a coat layer. The coat layer contains one or more fluorine-containing resins selected from the group consisting of a fluorine-containing polyimide resin and a fluorine-containing polyamide-imide resin; and the content of the charge control agent to the mass of the toner falls within a predetermined range.</p> |
