PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus in which high-temperature cleaning water can be cooled down before being drained without using a larger cleaning tank.SOLUTION: A cleaning apparatus 10 is provided with a control device 50 which includes a cleaning program for executing a plurality of times a cleaning process which causes a cleaning pump 27 to jet cleaning water supplied by cleaning water supply means 28, 29, 40 out of cleaning nozzles 24, 25 to an object to be cleaned for cleaning the object, and after the cleaning processing, drains the cleaning water by drain means 31. In the cleaning apparatus, when the drain processing is performed after the cleaning processing using high-temperature cleaning water, a predetermined amount of water is supplied by water supply means 28 so as to lower the temperature of the cleaning water in a water storage part 21, and after the water supply, drainage cooling processing is performed for draining a predetermined amount of cleaning water by drain means 31 as water supply is continued by the water supply means 28. |
