<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor which does not require a complicated configuration to have the small number of components, does not require time and effort for assembling, can have a reduced cost, is free from poor insulation due to water penetration from the outside, has a pressure detection element protected from the influence of corrosion or the like, has the pressure detection element prevented from breaking and damaging due to thermal stress of sealing resin, and is capable of accurately detecting a pressure.SOLUTION: The pressure sensor includes: a joint member 14 having a flow passage 12 formed therein; a pressure detection element 16 arranged so as to face the flow passage 12 in the joint member 14; a terminal board 38 arranged adjacently to the pressure detection element 16; a lid member 54 arranged adjacently to the terminal board 38 so as to form a space covering the pressure detection element 16 together with the terminal board 38; a cover member 66 which is mounted from the side of the joint member 14 and has one side opened and has a base end part on the other side brought into contact with the joint member 14; and a sealing resin part 68 which is filled in a space formed in the cover member 66 to constitute an adhesive.</p> |
