<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mutual remote support between users without troublesome complicated user registration.SOLUTION: For user terminals between which mutual remote support is performed, a user of a user terminal 150 can access an appropriate user terminal only by selecting a support target device from an address book that is stored in the user terminal 150; and in addition, the user can view the setting operation and device state of not only the target user terminal that is accessed by the user terminal 150 but also other devices that are communicably connected. If a required application is not installed in a user terminal 10 that is a communication partner, information required for the installation is transmitted to the terminal via SMS or the like.</p> |
