PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a desired transparent resin.SOLUTION: A recycle resin determination system includes: a conveyer path for conveying objects of transparent resin to be determined; an infrared light source that irradiates a beam of infrared light to the objects to be determined; an infrared light receiving section that receives the reflected infrared light from the objects to be determined which are irradiated with the infrared light; an absorption spectrum calculation section that calculates absorption spectrum of the object to be determined from the reflected infrared light; a measurement section that measures the thickness of the objects to be determined; a storage previously storing a reference data of plural kinds of recycle resin on the basis of thickness of the recycle resin; and a determination section that selects a reference data on the recycle resin of thickness corresponding to the measurement thickness in the reference data as a selection reference data and determines whether the objects to be determined are the recycle resin based on the selection reference data and the absorption spectrum.
