PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor physiological parameters of a user held by a user holding device.SOLUTION: Physiological parameters of a user are determined using a physiological signal of the user held by a user holding device and a signal from a power converter. The power converter communicates with a control device to transmit a signal showing a body weight that acts on them. The control device determines blood volume pulse information from the signal received from the power converter. Information on the heart rate and the respiration rate is derived from the blood volume pulse information.
