<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-open-cut replacement method of an underground pipe, capable of tearing an existing pipe by pulling a cutting and diameter-expanding tool without buckling or displacing the existing pipe, and a structure of the underground pipe.SOLUTION: In an arrival pit, traction reaction receiving means is provided at a tip of an existing pipe or on an inner surface of the arrival pit, and is made to receive the traction reaction of a cutting and diameter-expanding tool. In a start pit, existing pipe detaining means, which is connected to a base end side of the existing pipe and applies an external force in an opposite direction to the existing pipe in response to the force applied to the existing pipe by the pulled cutting and diameter-expanding tool, is provided to restrict the movement or displacement of the existing pipe.</p> |
